Riverside walk into Chartres everything seemed closed and deserted. Looks like France is drawing the curtains on summer. Still warm though as we wandered round the few shops and restaurants just opening. Enjoyed some morrocan cuisine and the Chartres lumieres before hurrying home along the dimly lit then pitch black pathway.
