Started with Dutch and American pancakes at Amsterdam pancakes which definitely got the thumbs up. Onto the Rijksmuseum for an afternoon of culture where it took over 3 hours to take in famous paintings by Van Gogh, Vermeer, Rembrandt and Steens amongst others.
