A beautiful start to the morning in Oakden Hills and beauftiful end to the day at Cober Pedy. Stopped in at the first servo/road house and the lady behind the register advised us last night about 50klm from where we were the was a fatal accident and another lady air lifted in a critical condition and the road had been closed last night. The guy had lost control swerved off the rd and gained control and upon being the car back onto the rd onto the wrong side. had a head on with another car.
I mentioned to Daniel we hadn't seen many emus. Next thing we know an emu decided to turn and walk into the path of our car. Recon we missed him by about 2ft.
Attended the mine tour at night. Daniel ended up doing the tour with Koby. I had to walk the other two out. Mason kept mucking up which Logan ended up joining him. So I walked them out.
We to the Old Timer Mine this morning and then in the afternoon went to The Breakaways drive. Past the Moon Plains where they filmed Mad Max. Then onto and past the dog fence.
Then I did my mine tour at Ribas. Very informative.
