After waking up at 4am, by 7am I thought it would be a good idea to get up and fuel my stomach before my tour began at 8.45am. First solo breakfast at a place near my hotel called Sunny Side Up. Avacado Toast and an iced latte for £3!

First tour was to the Floating Markets & Railway Market. Sam was our tour guide and he was brilliant, very funny and also knew everything there was to know about Bangkok! I learnt that 7 11 pretty much own the majority of factories in the city & that Salt costs 1 baht (about 0.02p) per kilo!

Floating Markets were BUSY especially as it was Sunday. People were selling pictures with lemurs and snakes. The lemurs & snakes looked pretty out of it which was quite sad to see😢. I bought a coconut ice cream and the lady serving only has a few minutes to serve before the boats pass! Super quick!

When the trains pass, the covers have to go up and everyone must stand behind the red line. It becomes a free for all to take your pictures and videos 😂

The railway market was so overcrowded and not for tall people like me 😂, lots of ducking and crouching going on. The market was mainly selling fish which stank, I wouldn’t trust eating it 😅. The train passes every hour, we saw it pass at 2.30pm.

Friends! Ellie and I met and had dinner together on Khao San Road, I had a massaman curry 🍛! Whilst we were eating, a lady came over and offered us scorpions to eat, no thanks 😂. We walked up and down and found a bar to have some drinks in. Ellie and Sophia joined us and we played piccalo!

Khao San Road is everything you expect and more. Super busy and LOUD. Crocodile meat on offer, as well as laughing gas and insects. We went to a few bars and had a dance in a club. We met people from Sweden, Scotland and of course England 😂. Got home at 3.45am!

Got a manicure and a pedicure. Sorry I’m dying at this picture, my feet were so straight 😂. I had a lady on each foot, and one on each hand. The nails turned out very well though 😂. Weird experience,it took over 2.5 hours and the boss lady was having explicit phone calls in English 😅
