Koh Libong > Trang > Bangkok

Spent our final morning by the pool, picked up by tuktuk at 1pm, managed to see Nee at Reception (she’s been brilliant sorting out J’s birthday and has looked after us, she wanted to take note pictures), she insists on giving us a gift each. Then we’re off up the road but ask the Tuktuk to stop at our favourite restaurant so we can say goodbye to Nab, she’s lovely and also thrusts a gift into my hands! We arrive at the pier by 1.30, we’re straight onto a waiting long-tail boat which whisks us to Hat Yao Pier and a car awaits to take us to Trang Airport. We get to the airport at 3pm and find that our flight has been delayed by an hour. So we walk around the airport (which takes all of 10 mins) and then find somewhere to read (I’m devouring books at the moment, so nice to have time to read). Although I do some work at Trang airport (I have a survey report to review!). Pop my noise cancelling headphones in and shut the music out and get to it… I don’t dare check the safety record of Thai Leo Airways but will feel happier when we reach Bangkok for our overnight…
