day 3 of the sickness bug and I am so done. Been up half the night pissing out my arse (I don’t even care that it’s tmi st this point) I’m so drained. The girl next to be in the dorm was nice so it’s a shame she’s doing a different route to me! She gave me some tablets she got from the hospital to help my stomach and it helped but I’m back to cramps shivers and sweats. After speaking to her I think I’ve got ecoli from the river water as they chuck all the dead animals in it. Also it’s lasted longer than a normal but and I have all the symptoms. Lovely. Now chilling round the pool for the day hoping I don’t shit myself (least it will look like I’ve pissed myself though) and waiting for my train tonight. Don’t think I’ll be able to do the view point unless I feel a lot better later on which is a shame. Least it’s not the hot air balloons I missed out on though! On the plus side, free chronic irrigation and no food for 3 days 😂
Just got off the train from vang vieng to the capital. A guy asked if I needed a cab and I’m so knackered I said yeah, it’s double the fare but when I got to the cab it was a nice normal car and another bloke jumped in. He was deffo just grabbing his mate from the station and wanted to make a few quid 😂😂
Managed to make it to the capital without shitting myself 👍🏼
