Road trip today to the tip of the southern peninsula met lots of Billy goats on the way. This one was particularly friendly.
The road turned into a dirt track full of potholes but the views were spectacular. The beach at Corfete was remote. White sand and sparkling blue sea with a spattering of sunseekers who had like us had braved the perilous drive over the mountains to be rewarded ten fold. Corfete itself, a one horse town boasting a handful of shantie like dwellings and one bar. A travellers delight.
