Von Montag bis Mittwoch waren wir in der Nähe von Birmingham. Dort hatten wir unser 1. Seminar von unserer englischen Organisation. Es war total schön alle wieder zu sehen und auch neue Menschen aus anderen Ländern kennenzulernen. Ich bin mit ein paar anderen Freunden die auch in London arbeiten zur Unterkunft gefahren. Vom Bahnhof wurden wir mit Taxis zur Unterkunft gebracht. Das Activity Center ist an einem See gelegen und war umgeben von Natur. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und hatten sehr interessante Präsentation und Aufgaben. Am letzten Tag haben wir noch den 60. Geburtstag von unserer Organisation gefeiert. Das Wetter war total schön! Das einzige was nicht gut war, war das Essen dort. Es gab Kohlenhydrate mit Kohlenhydraten und Obst und Gemüse waren Mangelware. Das Highlight war am letzten Tag zum Mittag ein trockenes Toast mit Butter und Streukäse. Kein Gemüse oder sonstiges dazu. Das war gar nicht lecker. :/ Um 17:30 Uhr war ich dann wieder zu Hause und habe meine Sachen ausgepackt. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Seminar!

We were near Birmingham from Monday to Wednesday. We had our first seminar from our English organisation there. It was really nice to see everyone again and to meet new people from other countries. I travelled to the accommodation with a few other friends who also work in London. Taxis took us from the train station to the accommodation. The activity centre is located on a lake and was surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed our time there and had very interesting presentations and tasks. On the last day, we celebrated the 60th birthday of our organisation. The weather was absolutely beautiful! The only thing that wasn't good was the food there. There were carbohydrates with carbohydrates and fruit and vegetables were in short supply. The highlight was a dry toast with butter and sprinkled cheese for lunch on the last day. No vegetables or anything else with it. It wasn't tasty at all. :/ I was back home at 5.30pm and unpacked my things. I'm looking forward to the next seminar!
