A brilliant day trying ATV riding for the first time! Got a 1 to 1 with a Thai boy who showed me how to ride the ATV and was my photographer for the day. We stopped at lots of viewpoints around the jungle and at the Big Bhudda too

When I got back I checked into my new hostel which is in Karon beach rather than Patong. Patong is a bit much and not for me, Karon seems a lot nicer and calmer. Got checked in and had a quick noodles before a 3 hour nap in my new dorm (a lot quieter than the mad Monkey!)

After a 3 hour nap I felt lazy so I got up and found a gym called Porkys🤣. I got there an hour before it closed so there was no one in there - perfect! Did a quick 2 k run and an arm workout

Met Alyssa and the girls for dinner and went to a restaurant that they recommended in Karon - I had Khao Soi again, it was so good

Tired again, so it was a sweet treat from 7/11 and bed for me. I went to sleep around 10pm - early ones
