Dentist day :) still no appetite so I’m eating half off my meals if that then leaving it which feels like I’m wasting money. Not complaining as I wanna loose weight and this is fab and I’m deffo less puffy round the middle so feel better in myself. Hope this keeps up! Had to set an alarm to eat before dentist and have a proper crown fitted at 10am. Just had it done and it feels like I can still feel it but maybe I just need to get used to it. Least I have doctors so I can ask them to shave it down more if I need to but it’s roper irritating. Feels like it’s the only tooth touching but he showed me it isn’t. Remember I had this with other teeth too.
