U got up packed up and I check into a hotel today and went for brekkie. The fucking Irish girls woke me up at the crack of dawn again. Inconsiderate. I then wandered around cloud 9 boardwalk which is where you can watch the surfers. I then went shopping and I’m an actual idiot. I needed a long sleeve top or swimsuit and shorts so I went into a dive shop and spent 125 on a long sleeve t shirt coz I don’t know the conversion. A fucking idiot. I can use it for scuba if it not that cold though I guess but still. Money is fake at this point. Just annoying. Can also wear my gym shorts to surf so I’ll keep them on.
Went for a late afternoon surf and a first I was like meh and had a few shit waves then I got into the flow of it and caught some really good size waves! Then I had a lovely pizza for dinner and I’m shattered so an early night before more surfing tomorrow! it was really nice surfing at sunset and watching the fish jump out and my instructor see a turtle also :) no one else was there so it was sooo chill!
