Thursday 26th still….

And finally we’ve arrived after a 50 min boat ride out, only problem is we’re two days early but JJ, the lovely Manager, finds us a fab bungalow on the beach. It’s full of rustic charm this place, we love it. Definitely not a swanky resort but it’s magic lying in bed and listening to the, and forgive my language, ‘the f@ck me’ frogs (sorry Mum!) no word of a lie, that’s exactly what it sounds like they’re saying!! Anyway, we grab a beer and sit out on our balcony watching the hermit crabs scuttling about. Pop over to the main beach hut / dining area and have dinner which is surprising good and not expensive considering we’re on a fairly remote island. Our home for the next five days so we can actually unpack. The place has a very chilled out vibe and no pretentious, noisy guests. Long may the peace and tranquillity prevail. Oh and no cars either.
