Last day in one of my favourite cities :(. Went out for a coffee with Alyssa and had a cloud coffee, it was so good. Made a little friend who sat next to us the whole time too 🐕. Headed to the war remnants museum

The war museum was eye opening and I learnt a lot about the Vietnam war. The pictures were really graphic and showed some of the torture they experienced from the Americans. There was also an agent orange room where children are still being born disabled now because of the effects of the gas

Really interested in knowing more now. I realised that forest gump was based around the time of the war and that the film portrays his vulnerability by him signing up to fight in Vietnam without knowing what was actually going on there

We then were hungry so I found a lady selling banh mi’s along the road for 94p. I had a pork one, was so good. I also had some noodles from Circle K - they are my new fav and only 53p

Went and had a nap and watched idiot abroad in bed before going up to claim our free beer. We got chatting to a girl from the states and one from Denmark. We talked a lot about the Vietnam war and politics especially with the American girl. All 4 of us then went to a night market we were recommended

The Vietnamese lady we went in a bar yesterday had recommended this market and said they did the best bun thit nuong. Finally found a stall that sold it and it was so good!

Paid £1.50 for this dish and a beer :)

Headed back to the hostel and had one more drink before bed. Up earlish tomorrow for our bus to Mui Ne :)
