Built on the site of Whisstock’s boatyard, the new Woodbridge museum is full of interesting facts and information and local people.

Housing the making of the full sized replica of the long boat found at Sutton Hoo, the Long Shed is next door.
The replica is being made using traditional materials and workmanship.
Our favourite little pub wasn’t open for a quick beer.

After drinks on board Avalon we enjoyed a delicious supper at Annie and David’s. Rob and Sally and Kate and Richard drove up from Frinton for the evening, and Richard was enlisted as crew for tomorrow.
Returning to the boat, it was a lovely evening.
